I'm considering the purchase of a TC24 DA with FEL, backhoe, and 60" MMM. This tractor will be my primary mower so it will be cutting grass almost weekly. I've heard some rumors that it is difficult to switch between the backhoe and MMM on this tractor. Is this true? Does anyone do this on a regular basis? What is involved? If it is too difficult to switch, then I'm afraid it will discourage me from using the BH as much as I should, and therefore wouldn't be worth the BH purchase.

TO put is simply. It can not be done. the backhoe uses a sub frame the bolts the where the mmm hangers bolt. You can switch all the brackets but it is a time consuming deal. If yo wand all three your real choice should be Kubota. ....

You may want to consider a rear scoop in this case. I use a MMM on a large horse farm and need to use a loader often also. If you need move or carry gravel, dirt, manure you will find the rear scoop very handy (cost $150 used to $400 new). The rear scoop easily attaches to the 3-point and may meet your needs. ....

Sorry to say but you are WRONG!! The woods hoe can go on with the mmm in place. Hell the TZ tractor/ mower does not even use a "bolt on" frame or mounting. The whole mounting system is Incorporated in with the tractor. In other words weather you have the mower or not the lift system is there. Every TZ that comes off the line has it. ....

Yep you are right. With the TC24 it can not be done. With the TZ24 it can. I should have read the whole thread but when he mentioned his BX I was putting apple to apples. The TC24 is a bigger frammed unit. ....
